- 1 to 1 Zoom/telephone/WhatsApp session time (usually weekly or fortnightly)
- Hypnotherapy recordings to listen to, which consolidates the work done in each session
- Additional, appropriate resources to aid your progress
- Ongoing email/text/WhatsApp support between sessions
